Receiving Error "Undefined, Contact the Help Desk" when trying to register for a class.

Why am I receiving an error that says "Undefined, Contact the Help Desk" when trying to register for classes?

Answer:

Ensure you only have one browser tab or window open with Banner at a time. Please sign out of Banner and myLCC, and then log back in utilizing only one tab/window.
