Emailing Students from Banner Self Service

Question:

How do I email my students through Banner?

Answer:

Please use the LCC Class List to mail all your students. It will let you email your students utilizing Outlook, and allows for an export to Excel for mail merge if you choose to do that.

To email your student via Banner do the following:

  1. Log into myLCC.
  2. Select Banner.
  3. Select Faculty Services tab.
  4. Select LCC Class List link to email students.

Please do not use the Summary Class List options.

Note: If you are using Outlook which displays commas after the email addresses instead of semi-colons please follow the Comma Usage in Mass Banner Emails directions to change the setting.
