Unable to get into Touchnet via Banner to Pay for Classes

The Banner PIN is expired. It must be unexpired in order to pay for classes in Touchnet. Please contact the LCC Help Desk.

Question:

I logged into Banner via myLCC. When I get to the Touchnet link to pay for classes it won't let me continue. How do I solve this?

Answer:

Touchnet exhibits this behavior when the account is expired.
 
Please email the LCC Help Desk or call 517-483-5221 x0 to have the PIN unexpired.
