Where can I find the application for degree and certificates form?
Answer:
Prior to submitting an application for an Associate Degree, Certificate of Achievement, or Certificate of Completion; students should consult with an academic advisor to review progress toward completing requirements. To start the application select the Degree and Certificate Form at the Registar's Form website (link opens in new window). Log in with your LCC username/password.
