Media Production Request

PLEASE NOTE – the Media Creation and Design Team are currently experiencing an overload of time-sensitive college video projects at the moment.  Please submit your production request, but be advised that we will not be able to act on it until after the first of July.  We are sorry for the delay but will get with you as soon as we can.

Photography requests are not affected at this time.

Overview

  • This service is to Request Audio Support, Event Streaming/Recording, Photography, Video Production, Lecture / Capture, Promotional Video & Photography Services
  • NOTE: Please have your requests in at least 1-2 weeks ahead of expected coverage date for any recording services.  We cannot guarantee resources will be available without ample planning time.
