Question:
Faculty Pay System says that my password will expire in X days, has expired already, or that my account is locked. What do I do?
Answer:
If your password has not yet expired, you can change it in Faculty Pay System by selecting "Change Password" from the main menu. You will be prompted to enter your current password, along with a new password (and confirm the new password). Be sure to follow the password requirements, which can be found in the Knowledge Base Article: Accessing the Faculty Pay System through VDI.
If your password has expired, you will need to contact HR for a password reset. You can request a password reset using the Services:
Faculty Pay System – Password Reset.
If the error indicates that your account is locked, please submit the Password Reset request linked above and note that your "account is locked."
