Off Campus Password Reset on LCC Owned Laptops

To change your LCC network password on a LCC-issued computer off campus, the proper process is to:
 

1. Connect to the VPN 
2. Open a browser and go to MyLCC and select 'Change My Password' then follow the prompts.
3. After you have changed your password, lock your computer (Windows key and L, or Ctrl-Alt-Del and then Lock) and unlock (by entering your new password)
    

This will refresh the computer's cache so that your computer's login will require the new password (instead of the old password). Then you can disconnect from the VPN.

If you do not have an LCC-issued computer or are on campus, you can simply change your password at MyLCC.
