Question:
I am a student on campus. I need to reset my password but am unable to log on to a computer. How do I log in to reset my password?
Answer:
On a computer setup for student use (not an employee computer) you may log in using a generic login.
At the login screen do the following:
- Username box type: techid
- Password box type: techid
This will boot up the computer. The only thing you will be able to do on the computer is use Chrome to access the password reset links (link opens in new window) and the activate my account link (link opens in new window).
