When I used the “email class” feature in Banner it returned the addresses separated by commas, rather than semi-colons. How can I correct this?
Answer:
This is not a Banner issue. This is usually the mail client that has the issue. In Outlook there is a setting for this.
1. Click File.
2. Click Options.
3. Click Mail.
4. Under Send Messages click on "Commas can be used to separate multiple message recipients."
