Unable to get into Touchnet via Banner to Pay for Classes

Question:

I logged into Banner via myLCC. When I get to the Touchnet link to pay for classes it won't let me continue. How do I solve this?

Answer:

Touchnet exhibits this behavior when the account is expired.
 
Please email the LCC Help Desk or call 517-483-5221 x0 to have the PIN unexpired.
