Trying to use Degree Works and Receiving a Blank White Screen

Question:

Why do I receive a blank white screen when I try to view degree information in Degree Works?

Answer:

If you are using Chrome 44 you will receive a white screen. Please use a current version of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge. Instructions for updating Chrome are linked to this article.
