I am logged into myLCC and/or Banner but keep receiving an error. How do I resolve this?
Answer:
A couple of the errors that come up when accessing Degree Works are listed below.
Error: "HTTP Status 401 - Authentication Failed: Could not find Shep user with username..."
If it has been over three years since you took classes please email the LCC Help Desk or call 517-483-5221 x0. They will generate a ticket to our Degree Works team to have you manually added into that system.
Error: "Page cannot be reached?"
Holds on the account such as the "Financial Responsibility Agreement" hold can cause this error. Please get holds removed by contacting the office that put it on your account before using Degree Works.
