Ally

Ally is an accessibility tool, integrated into D2L, designed to improve the usability and accessibility of course content created and uploaded into D2L, as well as provide students with the opportunity to access and download accessible alternative formats for course files.

Google Workspace

The Google Workspace integration in D2L provides instructors and students the option to connect an LCC Gmail account with a D2L account to allow for quick access to LCC Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive.

LockDown Browser

The LockDown Browser integration in D2L provides students access to a custom browser that locks down the testing environment within D2L quizzes, including preventing access to other applications, disabling printing functions, preventing copying and pasting, and disabling right-clicking capabilities. This integration is only available for on-campus computers and is not available for remote use.

TextAid

The TextAid integration in D2L provides instructors and students access to a web-based, personal reading and writing support tool that supports written content both inside and outside of D2L.

Webex

The Webex integration in D2L provides instructors and students access to a collaborative, online meeting and video conferencing suite that can be used to facilitate online office hours, synchronous class meetings, and individual or group conferences.
